This month Zut! on Fourth ushers in a fresh menu featuring beet salad (with chioggia, feta, avocado, frisée, mint and citrus), fresh oysters, as well as steamed mussels with garlic fries (or “moules-frites”), steamed with shallot, leek, garlic & white wine).
